Job Description

This is a part time, permanent post based at the Kidderminster Treatment Centre. The successful candidate will provide reception cover for a number of clinics and will be the first port of call for patients calling or arriving at the department. You will also provide support to the administrative and clinical team to provide an efficient service to our patients. Candidates should be confident and have excellent communication and organizational skills and have the ability to work flexibly in a busy environment. Ideally previous experience will include working as a receptionist and administrative processes and practices.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You must fulfil all of the essential criteria in the person specification. References from current and previous employers must cover at least three years.
