Preparing annual statutory accounts, monthly management accounts and forecasts for the business
Consolidating the Group Accounts.
Producing budgets and VAT returns, liaising with department managers
Posting monthly journals, analysis of P&L codes, variance analysis and monthly balance sheet reconciliations
Quarterly management account submissions prepared for group
Ensuring all recharges for group companies are accurate including payroll recharges
Preparing annual audited financial statements for group management and finance entities
Preparing audit packs, tax packs and responding to auditor queries
Preparing annual budgets, quarterly forecast for group reporting and weekly cash flow forecasts
Supporting Finance Director with ad hoc group reporting projects
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The Management Accountant will have the following:- CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified Experience preparing management accounts and completing balance sheet reconciliations Ability to work independently or part of a team
