Job Description

Working for a Blue-chip, highly respected, Real Estate business, the primary purpose of this role is to provide analytical and finance business partnering support to the Development Team as a member of Commercial Finance. Reporting to the Development Finance Manager, the jobholder will assist in ensuring effective oversight of projects managed by the Development & Project Management team and in undertaking counter-party due diligence. The holder will also take ownership of capital and P&L budgeting, control and reporting for a number of cost centres. The role will additionally support the Commercial Finance team in ad hoc tasks and projects relating to strategy and investment. The jobholder will work collaboratively with colleagues from the Development & Project Management team, the Finance team and external consultants and advisors.

You will most likely be a qualified accountant with very advanced excel skills and an ability to understand complex models.
