This role will manage a team of 6 people, and require you to undertake all aspects of financial management, as well as develop internal control policies and procedures. You will take responsibility for the management accounts, ensuring accurate reporting and control of expenditure.

The successful candidate will be a Qualified Accountant, with experience working in a Finance Manager/Financial Controller role in a hospitality business. Experience leading a team in running the month-end process, with exposure to budgeting and business partnering is required. Strong technical skills, particularly financial controls, as well as a commercial and strategic acumen with an ‘into the detail, hands-on’ approach is key to the success in this role.
