Working inbound and outbound leads with the intention of getting them placed in their perfect finance agreement, working towards both individual and group targets
The role is telephone-based role so strong conversational skills are required there is no cold-calling
Quoting customers in real-time from an extensive lending panel
Strong organisational skills are required since you will be managing multiple leads throughout the day and will need to be aware of each lead’s intricacies
Ruthless prioritisation to ensure all business is conducted in the most efficient manner possible
Ability to understand and sell to all types of customers; we deal with the full lending spectrum from uber-prime to subprime customers
You must be able to work under pressure, using your skills to build strong relationships with your allocated leads

You will need to be a great communicator since you will be explaining finance products and requirements to customers who may not know much about finance
Someone who is resilient, initiative-taking and has a passion for achieving goals who can adapt to a fast paced and ever-changing environment
We need people who loves being part of a team, helping teammates improve and are always wanting to share ideas and contribute across the business
Previous sales/finance experience within the motor trade/motor finance industry is preferred but not essential
