Duties:
· Day to day management of the finance team of 4, reporting to the Finance Director
· Preparation of monthly management accounts including forecasting and management packs for budget holders
· Reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts
· Develop existing processes and controls in whole business
· Implement KPI’s to analyse performance and monitor trends
· Assist with periodic external audits
· Cash flow and treasury management
· Identify and implement cost reduction initiatives
Requirements:
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
· Advanced excel skills
· Ability to solve problems and create processes for others to follow
· Practical experience of using Sage Accounts
· The ability to work within a team, great attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to achieve deadlines is essential
