Job Description

The Finance Manager will be part of the Hotel supply organization and partner with stakeholders in Account Management and Strategy & Transformation. This is a highly strategic role with exposure to senior stakeholders, supporting on high priority projects for the Hotel supply organization including Partner economics, Marketplace design and the New business model.

What You'll Do:

• Act as commercial finance partner on the below work streams
• Partner economics- redesigning the future contracting strategy for hotel suppliers, assessing options on commercial structure and competitiveness goals
• Marketplace design- reshaping the marketplace to incentivize partners to improve supply through initiatives such as new partner program, supply score and sort logic
• New business model- address tax and legal risks through evolving our business model
• Acquisition- improving supply coverage through proactive and reactive channels
• Develop robust financial models and business cases to support, challenge and enable decision making on the above work streams
• Actively contribute; own and present financial assessment and be proactive in offering ideas and opinions to help shape strategy, balancing data insight and business judgment
• Set project KPIs and track progress
• Provide ad hoc support as needed within the Hotel supply finance team

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent experience
• 6+ year’s experience in a similar finance or analytical role
• Proactive, determined and driven to help build momentum and drive projects forward
• Comfortable to lead in meetings, vocalizing thoughts and representing finance in cross functional calls
• Passion and willingness to contribute, share ideas and drive improvement
• Well organized and efficient with the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently within demanding deadlines
• Strong technical skills- particularly Excel, SQL and Qubole would also be beneficial
