Job Description
You will be responsible for setting up employment reimbursement, account payable and/or fixed asset management policy and process which balances the efficiency and risk. We are looking for candidates who are energetic, highly self-driven and embracing challenges and changes. The successful candidates will be able to think critically and creatively plan and execute effectively while collaborating across global locations.
Responsibilities:
- Identify needs to set up or enhance policy and/or implementation handbook
- Propose policy/implementation handbook which meet the business needs, and balance the efficiency and risk
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to get the policy/implementation handbook finalized, approved and published
- Design process, and/or re-engineer process based on thorough data analysis
- Review and maintenance of SOP, DTP and policy documents
- Closely monitor the daily operations as well as KPIs and conduct further investigation and analysis if needed for continuous improvement in process, system, etc.
- Provide data insight to operations and business teams
- Compile business requirements in collaboration with operations team, communicate to the FSSC and engineering teams in the Headquarter
- Support system launch/enhancement projects. Assist on any ad-hoc tasks, regionally or globally, as required
