Job Description
  • Working as part of our administrative team, you will support our clinicians in sending out correspondence and booking appointments.
  • You will answer emails and telephone calls, following up actions where required.
  • You will need to be confident in using the full Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • As the first point of contact on Reception, you will have good interpersonal skills, providing an important link between the families and our clinicians.
  • You will also be required to work on your own initiative and demonstrate a willingness to help others as a key member of the team.
  • You will be expected to be able to priorities work and meet deadlines in order to fulfil the requirements of the post.
  • You will carry out day-to-day organization of systems to ensure the smooth running of the administration team.
