Our client, a family run business are seeking temporary help for approximately 8 weeks. Ideally you will have worked in administration and be keen to hit the ground running.
Answering the telephone and directing calls
Contacting existing clients to book additional services
Sending out quotations to clients
Responding to emails via outlook
Adding information to spreadsheets
Liaising with sales department to ensure leads are closed
Proficient in Outlook, Excel and Word
System knowledge advantageous (BTE or Oracle accounts)
